Exploring the Depths of the Human Psyche: A Journey Within

Chapter 1: The Essence of Thought Flow
Embarking on a journey into the depths of my mind can be both thrilling and perilous. Yet, I assure you, with faith in God, all will be well!
Each word is chosen meticulously, resonating with a sense of alignment—222, a number that signifies harmony. My fascination with the film A Beautiful Mind ignited during my first Psychology 101 course in college, where I excelled, achieving an A+++. It was a revelation, as it provided clarity to my intricate thoughts.
We all possess beautiful minds, provided we allow our thoughts to flow naturally. The duration of this flow remains uncertain, but we shall see where it leads us.
Crossing boundaries that ought to remain intact is inherently wrong. I have traversed such lines in the past, but I have since learned that the consequences are too heavy to bear. The cost of losing my presence, friendships, my beloved father, and ultimately, myself over the last 18 years grappling with schizophrenia has been profound, often in tragically beautiful ways.
> "Indian poverty is more dehumanizing than any machine; and, more than in any machine civilization, men in India are units, locked up in the straitest obedience by their idea of their dharma..."
> — V.S. Naipaul, India: A Wounded Civilization
Despite the struggles that come with a serious mental health condition, there is hope. Do not pity my occasional distress; it is in these moments that I pray more fervently, reflecting on the world's stains. Yet, I restrain myself today, preparing for tomorrow's essay on the Untouchable. This writing coincides with Sinead O'Connor's anniversary on July 26, 2023, a date I cherish—her spirit visited me in a profoundly beautiful manner.
I long for that experience again, as it was a moment of pure joy. Sinead O'Connor's love for the Untouchable resonates in her music, and I vow not to rest until there is equality and justice for those who have inflicted suffering upon others, not just in this life, but for the greater good of all.
> "In order to detach caste from the political economy... Hindu reformers cleverly narrowed the question of caste to the issue of untouchability."
> — Arundhati Roy, The Doctor and the Saint: The Ambedkar — Gandhi Debate
For now, we must strive to clean the corners of our world before we transition to the next phase of life. I pray for the Untouchable and their suffering, calling on God to bless them, along with Doctor B. R. Ambedkar and Gandhi, to address any injustices they encountered during their lives. Even great individuals sometimes find themselves at odds without just cause. It is time for rationality to prevail.
> "Untouchability shuts all doors of opportunities for betterment in life for Untouchables..."
> — B.R. Ambedkar
God bless!
Interestingly, it was in my Sociology 101 class that I first encountered the tragic realities that seem utterly nonsensical, much like politics.
Thank you for taking the time to read my reflections. Please join us again tomorrow for a special essay co-authored by myself and Som Dutt ☯, as we honor Sinead's contributions in this life and beyond.
Peace, love, light, and joy,
