The stage is set, the lighting is flawless, and you’ve donned the perfect outfit. Confidence radiates from you — you’re ready to deliver an unforgettable performance tonight!
All your preparation has led to this moment, and you choose to set aside your worries. With a deep breath, you step into the spotlight and give it everything you have. After an exhilarating performance, you take a bow, standing tall with a broad smile, filled with pride for a job well done.
You repeat this process, performance after performance, until every seat in the venue is filled. You strive until there isn’t a space large enough to accommodate your growing audience. This is the essence of persistence.
Through my journey, I’ve come to realize that recognition for your hard work may not always be immediate. Sometimes, validation comes only when the moment is right, and it’s often reserved for those who demonstrate unwavering determination. If you rely on constant affirmation to fuel your drive, your achievements may become as unstable as a house built on sand.
As I move forward, my New Year’s Resolution is to relentlessly pursue my goals, regardless of external cheers. I’m doing this for myself.
