Meet Jozsef Kovacs

Jozsef Kovacs boasts a rich background in IT, spanning more than 25 years in various roles. With a degree in Computer Engineering and a Master's in Informatics Education, he has cultivated his skills in fields such as banking, energy trading, algorithmic trading, and agile project management.
His professional journey has taken him through eight European countries—Hungary, Estonia, Cyprus, Ukraine, Ireland, Serbia, Austria, and Turkey—where he has led numerous projects, including the re-engineering of banking systems and overseeing core system replacements for international banks. A notable achievement includes collaborating with a team of 15 analysts to redesign a package capable of handling vast amounts of data and transactions for OTP Bank in Hungary.
Jozsef also created the successful Digi2Real iOS app for the Hungarian market and has held the role of Product Line Manager in various international and domestic IT projects within the energy sector.
Now, as he embarks on a new chapter focused on writing, Jozsef seeks to share his experiences, thoughts, and emotions through engaging narratives. His passion for reading inspires him to craft stories that reflect his leadership experiences, love for travel and photography, and commitment to yoga and meditation.
