I started implementing small lifestyle changes, such as enjoying cake only on special occasions, increasing my vegetable intake, and exercising more consistently. I purchased an exercise bike and a stepper, using my favorite shows and movies to make workouts enjoyable.

In my 30s, I delved deeper into mental health and significantly increased my water intake. I also honed my cooking skills during this decade. Fun fact: you can be a foodie and still embrace healthy eating! I take great joy in preparing nutritious and delicious meals.
