To initiate a mind cleanse, dedicate a full day to stepping away from all forms of information. This means no reading, scrolling through social media, or consuming digital content—just a day of silence. Allow your thoughts to settle and reflect on all you've learned recently.
Consider this process akin to a bowl filled to the brim with soup; it can't hold more until something is consumed. Your mind needs that space for understanding and assimilation. Who is responsible for this? It's you!
