Bridging Science and Spirituality During Quarantine Challenges

Written on

Chapter 1: Insights from the Guides

“What insights do the Guides offer?” This has been the primary inquiry I’ve received in recent weeks. The Guides—comprising over 200 entities, including Saints from various global faiths and multidimensional beings—possess a broad perspective. Their view encompasses the long-term implications of our current circumstances.

Before leading a group session focused on the Akashic Records, the Guides prompted me with some reflective questions: How are you feeling right now? How would you like to feel? What vision do you have for your life once the quarantine is lifted?

The Guides revealed to me numerous golden timelines representing various scenarios on Earth. Notably, the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic ranks among the top scenarios depicted. Interestingly, it does not appear in the lower timeline representations, suggesting a significant purpose behind its occurrence for humanity over the long haul.

By considering the pandemic through the lens of higher timelines, we can view it as an opportunity for accelerated growth. Many have already begun to recalibrate their perspectives on self-care, health, and the interconnectedness of all life on Earth as a unified biological ecosystem.

We now have a unique chance to merge scientific understanding with spiritual insights, revisiting concepts that have been long overlooked while also embracing novel ideas.

Throughout my life, I have embraced various roles. The universe has guided me to openly identify as a Lightworker, facilitating my communication with the spiritual realm. My educational journey, which included studies at prestigious institutions like the University of Chicago, UC Berkeley, and UCLA, has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the world. My professional background spans business, global philanthropy, finance, technology, nonprofit work, education, and government. Additionally, my travels across all seven continents have allowed me to witness the profound effects of extreme poverty on health, education, and overall quality of life.

While my formal education has been centered on communications, I have also delved deeply into the sciences. At the University of Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine, I undertook a rigorous year-long course in Pathobiology. This program required hands-on experience in the Medical School Morgue, where we examined and handled autopsied human organs to understand the differences between healthy and diseased tissues.

My motivation for pursuing this course stemmed from a personal connection to the HIV epidemic, which devastated communities in the Bay Area during the 1980s and 1990s. Recognizing the need for compassion, awareness, and education, I also volunteered in the AIDS ward of Cook County Hospital and served on the Board of the UCSF Alliance Health Project.

Through education and direct service, I have gained a deeper understanding of the molecular aspects of viruses than most. Notably, many medical treatments developed for HIV, such as antiretrovirals and protease inhibitors, are now being utilized for Covid patients, as confirmed by the World Health Organization.

As we navigate the current pandemic, it is crucial to prioritize the health and well-being of our collective humanity over our individual desires. Although quarantine will eventually end, the Covid virus may continue to circulate in various forms.

This pandemic is but one of many biological challenges humanity has faced, and we continue to learn how to better care for ourselves and others from a scientific perspective.

Remember, you are safe. You are safe. You are safe. Even when contemplating the pandemic’s impact on your life, ask yourself: What is the worst-case scenario? Is it merely the physical body becoming ill, leading to the end of this incarnation? This reality applies to all of us at every moment, regardless of external circumstances.

This period has prompted many to reflect on their mortality, prompting reassessments of their spiritual beliefs, health practices, and life purposes.

You have an opportunity to contemplate the evolution of your soul—whether you believe in an intelligent energy that existed before your physical form and will continue to exist beyond it. For those who have lost loved ones, many have experienced their presence through dreams or subtle signs in their lives.

As a psychic medium, I engage more frequently with spirits than with those in physical form. This reflects the rapid and multi-dimensional nature of spiritual communication, allowing me to connect with numerous entities simultaneously while having physical conversations.

We are all more than just our visible physical bodies.

Some individuals, however, doubt the existence of the current biological pandemic. Some remain uninformed or in denial, neglecting their health practices. Others claim it is a conspiracy or believe that a healthy body can never contract a virus. Such beliefs are scientifically inaccurate and pose significant risks.

Most Covid cases are mild, comparable in symptoms to allergies or a common cold, and many individuals remain asymptomatic while still carrying a viral load. This reality does not diminish the suffering of those severely affected or the grief surrounding each loss.

Because every human body reacts differently, it is our collective responsibility, motivated by service to others rather than self-interest, to minimize contagion risks. This will help protect vulnerable populations, including the elderly and those with pre-existing health conditions.

Regardless of individual beliefs about susceptibility to illness, we must focus on maintaining robust immune systems to thrive personally and safeguard the health of others.

During this quarantine, I prioritize working from home and will continue to enhance my self-care practices even after restrictions are lifted.

It is with hope and blessings that we emerge from this period as the best versions of ourselves—mind, body, heart, and spirit.

Wishing everyone health, happiness, and the ability to thrive—today and always.
